To our clinic Smile Landskrona, we are now looking for a dental nurse for the reception. We are looking for you who puts the patient first and thrives on creating safe and positive patient encounters. Welcome to us!

Working as a dental nurse at the reception at Smile Dental Care

In this role as a dental nurse, you will work in "Team Service," which is the reception at Smile. As a Team Service employee, you will welcome our patients to the clinic and provide them with the best possible reception. The role involves several administrative tasks, such as managing appointment books in collaboration with our clinicians, handling incoming emails and phone calls, and other administrative duties such as invoicing and ordering.

Flexibility is important in this role, as you may also be required to assist dentists in planned clinical procedures when needed.

Some of your tasks include:

• Welcome and receive our patients at the clinic in a safe and professional manner.
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
• Responsible for administrative tasks such as billing and general administration.
• Assist dentists in clinical work when needed.

In addition to the above competencies, we look for someone who:

• Is a trained dental nurse.
• Has previous experience as a dental nurse.
• Experience from reception work is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.

Employment type and start date

We offer a permanent full-time position (100%). Start date according to agreement.
