Job Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you will have a central role within housing support and execution, working among other things with measures such as contact person and accompaniment. You will support the unit manager and contribute to a more uniform and quality-assured operation. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Relieving the unit manager by taking responsibility for administrative and operational tasks.
• Contributing to coordination and creating efficient communication channels within the operation and between units.
• Participating in follow-up and development of the operation's needs to ensure high quality and continuity.

You will become an important part of building a work environment where the unit manager can focus on leadership and development, while you yourself get a role with significant influence over structure and coordination. Therefore, it is important for us that you, in the role, have a high physical presence.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Relevant education or work experience in administration, for health and care, or a similar area.
• Good organizational knowledge and experience working with structure, staffing planning, and follow-up.
• Experience in creating clarity and coordination in complex operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally.
• A solution-oriented approach and interest in contributing to development and improvement.
• Experience with digital tools for administration and coordination.

Experience of working within LSS or social psychiatry is meritorious.
