In this role, you will test and verify embedded software in a technically advanced automotive environment. This position is ideal for someone who wants to combine test automation, system understanding, and quality assurance close to the development team.

About the Role

• You work with verification and validation of embedded software for chassis and suspension-related functions.
• The role is part of a cross-functional team with close collaboration with developers, system engineers, and safety engineers.
• The focus is on quality, robustness, and requirement compliance in a real-time environment.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and automate test cases for embedded software and system functions.
• Verify functions, interfaces, diagnostics, and communication behaviors.
• Perform tests in HIL environments, simulation environments, and on target platforms as needed.
• Analyze test results, deviations, and support root cause analysis.
• Contribute to the improvement of test methods, tools, and workflows.

We Are Looking For

• Several years of experience in embedded software testing or embedded development with testing responsibilities.
• Experience with real-time based embedded systems.
• Background from the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR and C programming.
• Experience in test design, test execution, defect reporting, and test automation.

Technology & Tools

• AUTOSAR, C, and Python/CAPL for test automation.
• CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and UDS.
• Vector tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and vTESTstudio.
• HIL systems and real-time simulation.
• SPI, UART, PWM, DIO, and PSI5.
• ISO 26262 and cybersecurity-related requirements in automotive environments.
