We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong visual profile and experience in branding. You will work in consultancy assignments where you are responsible for integrating UX, UI, and brand into functional solutions – from insight to finished product. The assignments vary, and you are expected to drive the design work independently or take a more leading role depending on the context.

You work through the entire design process, moving between structure, interaction, and visual form. This means you create flows and wireframes, design interfaces with high visual quality, and ensure that the solutions align with and develop the brand.

A part of the role involves practical work with brand management in digital products, as well as structuring and managing design assets in a way that works over time – experience with DAM and design systems is therefore a plus. You drive design decisions in close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders, and in many assignments, you take greater responsibility for the direction and quality of the design, whether explicitly stated or not.

Has a good eye for form and details, but can also step back to understand the big picture. You are used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and driving design forward without it becoming too heavy or theoretical.

You thrive in dialogue with different roles and are confident in standing by your choices, adhering to design rules, and being able to explain why.

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer

• Strong visual profile, preferably with an AD background

• Experience in branding for digital products

• Proficiency in working with design assets and structure

• Has taken a lead role in design work

• Good understanding of the entire design process

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and similar tools

• Experience working closely with development

• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Experience with DAM systems

• Design systems / visual guidelines

• Experience from larger organizations
