Your Role:

You will serve as the link between our administrations and the IT units within the Corporate Staff for Digitalization. The job involves being responsible for administration plans and ensuring that systems are well-maintained from both a maintenance and development perspective.

You will work with the entire lifecycle of IT services – from procurement and implementation to further development, administration, and decommissioning.

The role also involves actively contributing to an agile working method, where you, together with the team, drive priorities, improvements, and deliveries forward, while supporting the team's development in working methods, collaboration, and the ability to achieve set goals.

Here are examples of tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Plan and drive requirements work in collaboration with the business operations
• Communicate with various stakeholders regarding needs, priorities, and solutions
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the team's planning, follow-up, and continuous improvements
• Create clarity, involvement, and progress in the team's joint work
• Monitor vendor agreements regarding service level fulfillment, economy, and security requirements
• Proactively propose technical improvements and maintain good customer relationships
• Assist with upgrades, releases of IT solutions, and installations
• Support the business with knowledge and problem-solving
• Handle cases with external IT providers

To succeed in the role, you need:

• We are looking for you who have a university degree or qualifications that the employer considers equivalent
• You have good knowledge of IT system administration and a technical background that gives you a good understanding of the collaboration between different systems
• You also have knowledge of production-adjacent IT environments and technologies, such as SCADA systems and communication protocols like Modbus
• The role requires experience of working in agile teams and a good understanding of agile working methods, such as planning, prioritization, follow-up, and continuous improvement
• You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

Meritorious:

• Experience of working according to agile methods and approaches, for example with planning, prioritization, follow-up, and continuous improvement in a team
• Experience of information security and risk analyses
• Good ability to formulate technical requirements
• Good knowledge of administration models and frameworks, such as ITIL, PM3, or SAFe.

Personal qualities:

You are an engaged and self-driven person with good analytical skills, structure, and a communicative working style. You easily create trust, build relationships, and contribute to progress in the team, while being flexible and service-oriented.
