As an IT Support Technician at Jula, you will become a vital part of our IT organization, meeting colleagues with varying support needs every day. You will work closely with the business operations, helping to resolve IT-related issues via phone, on-site through walk-ins, or by managing incoming tickets in Jira. The role also involves participating in store openings and occasionally being on call, ensuring a varied and eventful workday.

The work is a combination of planned tasks and spontaneous interventions, requiring you to thrive in an environment where conditions can change quickly. You take initiative, prioritize incoming requests, and contribute to moving work forward. Occasionally, you may have the opportunity to participate in projects, giving you insight into and understanding of how our IT environment evolves over time.

What is in your CV?

We value your willingness to learn rather than a specific educational background. Having some form of IT education is a plus, but the most important factors are your interest in IT and your curiosity to develop within the field. If you have previous experience in support or service work, we see this as a benefit, as the role is built around meeting people and helping them in their daily tasks. Since we provide on-site support during new store openings, we would prefer that you have a driver's license.

Good to know

This is a permanent full-time position starting with a 6-month probation period. The location is our headquarters in Skara.
