Following our return to the SHL, Björklöven faces an exciting future. Our ambition is to build a competitively strong elite operation in the long term, while continuing to develop experiences, relationships, and our significance for people throughout the region.
We are now looking for an Administrator who wants to play a central role in the office, focusing on coordinating administration and supporting our various operations.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you are an important part of our organization, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will work broadly with ticket sales, customer service, and financial administration.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Handling customer service via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assisting the finance department with basic financial administration.
- Managing the ticketing system and ticket sales.
- Working with post-event marketing and follow-up on customer cases.
- Monitoring partner agreements and sponsor activities.
- Ensuring structure and quality in administrative systems and registers.
Your profile
You are a structured and service-oriented person who enjoys order and organization. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and prioritize well when the pace is fast. You thrive in a flexible role where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life.
Qualifications
We would like you to have:
- Experience in administrative work.
- Flexibility and experience working structuredly with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with financial administration is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
- Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
