In the role of nursing assistant at Forenede Care, you work to provide good care, service, and healthcare to our residents. Here, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Together with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, you help shape the future of elderly care. Solhaga is a specialized housing facility focused on dementia and individuals with mental disabilities. The facility has 54 apartments in a home-like environment located in the scenic Skånes Fagerhult. Generous common areas and opportunities for shared housing are available. Relatives are given the opportunity to stay overnight.

In the role of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that all our residents can live life, for life. This can range from chatting, playing games, going on excursions, taking a bike ride, or finding fun activities to do together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and exercise.

Job Description

We are currently looking for one colleague on a part-time basis for a permanent position with a probationary period with an employment rate of 65% starting 2026-09-09 or as agreed.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
