St Knut and Aspen is a specialized care facility located in beautiful Falsterbo, just a stone's throw from the sea.

We are currently looking for assistant nurses for our somatic ward, respite care unit, and dementia unit.

There are good bus connections from Malmö and Trelleborg to reach us. We offer free parking for those who choose to drive to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an assistant nurse at St Knut and Aspen, you will perform standard care tasks based on implementation plans and carry out health and medical care tasks based on delegation. It is a given for us that you have basic computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A strong individual focus is important to us; every day we strive to make a difference for the individual. Being close to the individual and their relatives is crucial, and we see it as a matter of course to take responsibility for our mission in a genuine and responsible manner.

You perform your work with great empathy, listening to and understanding the individual's wishes and needs, ensuring they are met in the best possible way.

To work at St Knut and Aspen, you must be responsible, proactive, and have a flexible approach to work. You need to be receptive and have good collaboration skills with the individual care recipient, relatives, colleagues, coordinators, and managers. We highly value your commitment to the work and your willingness to contribute to the best interests of the operation in all aspects.

We work with various exciting concepts such as meal concepts and activity concepts. We work with BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia). As a star-rated facility, it is important to us that you work in a person-centered way. QUALIFICATIONS

Trained assistant nurse, preferably with experience from specialized care facilities.
