Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Designer at Head Energy, you will drive the development of future energy and industrial solutions. Together, we contribute to a more sustainable society and the industry's green transition.

You will have the opportunity to work in high-tech development projects. The projects are located in our business areas Energy, Industry/Product Development, and Process. This means you may get to design everything from machines, electrical cabinets, power grids, and related products to constructions around various energy sources.

Your will, personal ambition, competence, and development plan, together with the customer, create great opportunities for your future.

The projects may involve new development or product and machine updates. In many cases, you will also have the opportunity to be involved from start to finish and see the products/systems commissioned during FAT/SAT.

As an Electrical Designer, you will work with:

• Electrical design of machines, cabinets, and systems
• Sizing and selection of components and cabling
• Creation of drawings and technical specifications
• Conducting feasibility studies and investigations
• Providing technical support to production
• Technical support to the customer
• Ensuring that design work is carried out according to customer procedures and follows current norms and standards
• Quality assurance and technical review of design work against the original order
• Participation in FAT and SAT
• Performing risk assessments/risk analyses

Education and Experience:

• University education in electrical engineering
• At least 3 years of work experience in electrical design
• Experience with the most common software such as ELMASTER, EPLAN, ELPROCAD, or similar
• Experience in machine, system, and automation-related electrical design
• Experience with instruments is meritorious
• Experience as an electrical designer from hydropower, nuclear power, wind power, or solar energy is meritorious

Location: Halmstad

• Swedish – Fluent in speech and writing
• English – Fluent in speech and writing
