We are currently looking for a temporary accountant to cover a colleague's parental leave starting this autumn. The role is based at our new terminal in Hedensbyn, Skellefteå.

Job Description

As an accountant, you will become an integral part of a team of approximately 80 people, including drivers, terminal workers, and office staff. You will be based at our new terminal in Hedensbyn, Skellefteå.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Invoicing
• Monitoring, registering, and booking payments
• Reconciliation with subcontractors and customers
• Participation in reconciliations, bookkeeping, and year-end closing
• Customer contact via phone and email
• Other administrative tasks such as invoice scanning, mail handling, and office supply procurement

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university or college degree in economics, or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.

To thrive in this role, you are driven, structured, meticulous, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in customer contact and a good ability to build and maintain relationships. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience in accounting work, for example within accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, or similar tasks.
