We are looking to strengthen our team with additional sales representatives for the Södertälje, Huddinge, and Tumba areas.
About the role
Within your district, you will be responsible for selling new products and informing grocery stores about campaigns. Your work also involves budget management, follow-up, and results. You are expected to build long-term relationships to promote growth and profitability for both Sales Support and our clients. The role also includes category and space analysis, where your task is to analyze our product categories to develop Sales Support's position at the store level.
You will represent our client Haleon's brands. Your portfolio includes Sensodyne and Paradontax in the Beauty & Health department, as well as Otrivin and Alvedon in the over-the-counter medicines section at the checkout.
Your background
To succeed in your role as a sales representative at Sales Support, you need to have worked as an established salesperson with experience in sales and good knowledge of the industry as a whole. We also look for strong analytical skills. Experience from the grocery retail sector is an advantage. We prefer that you have a high school diploma.
A driver's license for passenger cars (Category B) is required as the position involves travel by car.
As a person, you are an outgoing visionary with strong social skills. You are trustworthy and reliable with a good ability to create long-term win-win relationships. You value good structure and planning, and you have strong self-drive and a competitive spirit. The company is characterized by a strong team spirit, and our employees are all responsible individuals who enjoy contributing to the group's success. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and strong communication skills. We assume you are proficient in the various parts of the MS Office package.

Suitable places of residence are: Södertälje, Huddinge, or Tumba.
