Can you take one of Sweden's strongest brands and make it impossible to scroll past?

We are building an in-house Content Studio for one of Sweden's most recognized brands — high tempo, high creative ambition, and a short path from idea to publication. We create content that delivers real impact directly in the feed. Not just pretty for the sake of it, but content that makes the thumb stop, engages, and converts. This role is the very hub of the shift, and we are looking for you who already know what works in the feed before the algorithm confirms it for you, who edits instinctively and understands that timing is everything. And with us, it reaches millions of people every day.

  • Build content from idea to delivery, alone and together with a tight creative team.
  • Produce video, storytelling, and formats that actually work in social and digital channels.
  • Capture trends, behaviors, and cultural expressions and turn them into content that feels current.
  • Work closely with our motion designer, copywriters, and marketing team in an environment where good ideas quickly become reality.

In this role, you need to:
  • Have grown up in social channels — TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat — with a clear Creator DNA. You sense when something is good before you know why.
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in content production from an advertising agency, in-house agency, or similar creative environment where high tempo and high quality coexist.
  • Have a portfolio that proves you drive reach, engagement, and feeling — not just production. For us, your portfolio and the effect you have created are decisive, not which school you attended or which title you held.
  • Be a creative strategist who thinks in formats, target groups, and flows as naturally as you edit a video — idea and execution reside in the same head.
  • Be really sharp at video editing and storytelling — you build a feeling with cuts, rhythm, and tone, not just master the tools.
  • Be natural and credible in front of the camera with a presence that actually works in the feed — you film, direct, and deliver independently.
  • You don't need to be convinced that a bank can be creative — you see the opportunity immediately. Compliance and processes are not a brake but a creative parameter: compliant without being cautious, you test the boundaries but know exactly where the limit lies.
  • Structure at the bottom — ten balls in the air without any dropping. You get energy from the high tempo, are comfortable in chaos but always sharp in delivery.
  • You don't wait to be assigned problems — you see them and solve them, and drive the work forward even when the brief is half-finished. You seek ownership and deliver accordingly. You leave prestige at the door — it's not a wish, it's a requirement.
