We are looking to strengthen our facility in Danderyd with a store manager who has strong drive and engagement. As a store manager at Bygma, you work within the framework of the store salesperson job description, but with expanded responsibilities. In practice, this means you are responsible for sales within the store area, focusing on our primary target group. Furthermore, you are responsible for optimizing the store layout based on Bygma's concept and for implementing local campaigns in consultation with the marketing department.

Your duties will largely consist of helping our customers at the facility find sustainable solutions. You play an important role in nurturing and developing our customer relationships. Additionally, you are responsible for stock supply and inventory levels in the store and ensure that cash register procedures are followed. The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in sales and store operations, preferably from the building materials trade.
• Product knowledge within building materials.
• Good computer skills/habit.
• Experience with TRYGG/2000 is an advantage.
