Job Responsibilities

As a Service Sales Representative, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as follow up that performed work meets timeframes and quality standards – from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role involves optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity.

Responsibilities include receiving workshop customers both through customer visits and phone calls, and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.

  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
  • Ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all stages, from first contact with the customer to final delivery.
  • Explain different choices of measures and present various alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • Upper secondary education, preferably in automotive technology or equivalent vocational training.
  • A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, demonstrating good social skills and delivery towards customers.
  • Good computer and telephone skills.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Good sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers.
  • Goal- and result-oriented with high drive.
  • Meritorious: Knowledge of CABAS and KOBRA or similar business systems.
