About the role

In this position, you will:

• Establish and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Sell our services in staffing and recruitment.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
• Work closely with the operations to understand customers' competence needs.
• Contribute to the development of our processes and offerings within staffing.

ABRA is primarily responsible for matching and recruiting candidates, while you play a central role in developing customer collaborations and business opportunities.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Preferably have an established network of companies and employers in Västerås, Eskilstuna, Stockholm, or nearby areas.
• Are self-motivated, business-driven, and results-oriented.
• Enjoy sales and creating long-term relationships.
• Have strong personal drive and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Have an established network or documented experience in generating new business.
