Are you an independent CNC technician who thrives in a modern machine environment? We are now looking for an experienced CNC miller who wants to take responsibility for the entire process – from programming to finished parts.

About the role

In the role of CNC technician, you work independently with rigging, programming, and operating CNC milling machines based on drawings. You work in a modern machine park where the current machine is a Correa Norma L 55 with the HEIDENHAIN TNC-640 control system.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Independently setting up and rigging the machine
• Programming directly in the control system based on drawings
• Optimization of programs and operation
• Measurement and quality control of parts
• Troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance

You will become an important part of the production where quality, precision, and efficiency are in focus.

About you

Formal qualifications

• CNC education and/or equivalent work experience
• Experience with CNC milling
• Ability to independently rig and program based on drawings
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and metrology
• Experience with HEIDENHAIN control systems, preferably TNC-640
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience with larger milling machines or multi-operation machines
• Experience with CAM preparation
• Forklift and/or overhead crane license
• Experience with one-off or small batch production
