About the role
We are currently looking for hourly employees who can start after the summer. You thrive in customer service and feel comfortable contacting customers via phone, chat, and email. You will become part of either the Credit Account or Collection team. See PayEx and get the opportunity to work together with engaged and wonderful colleagues.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming cases primarily via phone, but also email and chat from our customers and end customers.
- Performing administrative tasks.
We are looking for you who:
Are positive, quick to learn, detail-oriented, and customer-aware. You thrive in a varied and fast-paced work environment, are not afraid to take initiative both socially and in your tasks, and have good computer skills.
You like working with the customer in focus and constantly strive to provide the best possible service. Since we meet our customers daily, you need to have social competence and be able to communicate fluently in both speech and writing, via phone, chat, and email.
You will work in a dynamic environment where you continuously strive to exceed customer expectations.
We also believe it is a plus if you have:
- Previous experience in customer-facing service work via phone, email, and administration.
- Very good communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish, as well as good communication skills in both speech and writing in English.
