About the role
As a Brand Ambassador, you are responsible for a number of stores where you ensure that the brand is always presented in the best possible way through regular and recurring visits. You build relationships with store staff, act as a consulting partner, and work proactively to create an inspiring customer experience.
You become the face of the brand and ensure that products, visibility, and the store environment maintain the highest quality. The role involves significant personal responsibility, where you plan and carry out your store visits according to an agreed visit schedule.
In addition to regular store visits, you also participate in product launches and other activities throughout the year, such as training sessions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to your assigned stores.
- Build and develop relationships with store staff.
- Ensure that products and visibility follow the brand's guidelines.
- Install and update software as needed.
- Mount graphics and simpler hardware.
- Replace or dismantle older products and ensure correct installation of new ones.
- Ensure that product areas and furniture are clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
- Report visits, activities, and improvement opportunities in a digital reporting system.
- Participate in digital training and stay updated on products, campaigns, and news.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in technology and home electronics.
- Thrives working independently and taking personal responsibility.
- Is social, service-oriented, and enjoys creating long-term relationships.
- Is solution-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious.
- Has good planning skills and is driven by delivering results.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Access to a personal car.
- Good knowledge of English, as training and communication with the client may take place in English.
