Dibber is looking for a Teacher for Fyrklöverns School, grades 1-3, in Helsingborg.

As a teacher, you work actively and loyally with the school's daily tasks and pedagogical work, based on our goals and plans. We help the world's most important values grow!

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is run in accordance with the curriculum, quality standards, school goals, and working methods.
• Create good relationships with students and allow them to participate so they develop skills, self-confidence, and joy in life.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards both students and colleagues.
• Ensure your students meet knowledge requirements and develop to the maximum of their potential.
• Design pedagogical assessments and action plans with support from the student health service.
• Stay up to date by participating in and taking advantage of offered courses and training.

Qualifications

• You are a certified primary school teacher for grades 1-3 with experience as a class teacher.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize your work and take responsibility for joint tasks in the work team/organization.
• Experience with digital tools as support in learning development.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Merits if you have qualifications in SVA (Swedish as a Second Language) and music.

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters are located in Sollentuna, with operations in large parts of Sweden.

Dibber in Sweden is part of the Norwegian independent school group Dibber, which was started and is owned by two dedicated educators, Randi and Hans Jacob Sundby. The first preschool was started in 2003 in the small town where Randi grew up. Today, Dibber operates more than 600 preschools in nine countries around the world.
