As a designer, you will be involved in the entire process, from early stages to final design. You will receive good support and mentorship from your experienced colleagues, and you will gradually grow into the role and take on more responsibility in projects. A wide variety of projects will also give you endless development opportunities. Examples of tasks: • Dimensioning and calculations • Design and drafting in Revit or Tekla • Modeling in different materials: concrete, steel, and timber • Participation in early stages, sketches, and investigations • Technical investigations • Report writing • Collaboration with project managers and other disciplines • Participation in client meetings and site visits About you We are looking for you who are a driven and curious designer, whether you are a recent graduate or have worked for a few years. You are responsible in your work and have high professional pride, striving to deliver quality in what you do. At the same time, you are humble in the face of the fact that every project is unique and see the value in continuing to develop. You are structured in your approach to work and see the value in building up your own methods and tools to streamline your work over time. As a person, you are ambitious and forward-looking, while also having a curious and solution-oriented attitude where you dare to test yourself and take responsibility in your assignments. Requirements • Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in a relevant field, for example, Civil Engineering or Road and Water Engineering. • Experience of working independently with design projects • Good knowledge of Revit or Tekla • Swedish language skills (written and spoken) The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance according to the Security Protection Act.
