We are looking for a driven and meticulous manual lathe operator for our client in Hofors. You will work in a production environment with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will process components according to drawings and work instructions to ensure correct dimensions and that requirements are met.

About the Role

As a manual lathe operator, you will work with turning and related tasks for piece production in accordance with drawings and work instructions. You are responsible for following safety routines, keeping the work area tidy, and contributing to stable and efficient production.

The position is full-time, and working hours are scheduled in two shifts.

About You

You are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You thrive in practical work and have a strong focus on quality and safety. The ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as good communication skills, are important for success in this role.

Formal Qualifications

• Experience working with manual machines
• Ability to read and follow drawings
• Availability to work two shifts
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from manufacturing or workshop industries
• Previous experience with piece production
• Experience with manual lathe operation
