Since our founding in 2010, we have grown and developed, and we are now seeking an experienced procurement consultant to strengthen our team. We work with assignments for both public and private clients and have a strong culture that values competence and development.

About the role
As a procurement consultant at ArkivIT, you will lead and support our customers through procurement processes and business-beneficial solutions. You will ensure that our customers conduct business correctly through efficient and well-executed purchasing processes.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and execute procurements from start to finish.
• Ensure that procurements are carried out in accordance with current legislation and regulations.
• Provide advice and support to customers throughout the entire procurement process.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best results.

You will work in a consulting role where assignments may vary in scope, complexity, and industry.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within the public sector.
• Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and other relevant regulations.
• Good knowledge of common procurement systems.
• Relevant education in economics, engineering, public administration, or law.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
