About Tropic Snacks
Tropic Snacks was founded in 2006 and is today primarily established in Skåne. We work with natural snacks and nuts of high quality and deliver directly to stores. In the stores where we are present, we act as category captains and help the store develop the entire department for natural snacks and nuts.

Our products are built on selected raw materials, authentic Belgian chocolate, a high pace of innovation, and products without palm oil. We are now strengthening our field organization to continue growing, develop our most important stores, and create even better store execution.

About the role
As a Regional Merchandiser, you are an important part of our daily store operations. You are responsible for picking up goods at the warehouse, driving out to the store, replenishing shelves and displays, and placing orders for upcoming deliveries.

You work according to planned routes and visit several stores during a working day. In the store, you replenish goods, face products, ensure that planograms are followed, and that Tropic Snacks shelves and displays maintain high quality.

In smaller stores that are not visited regularly by Regional Salespeople, you can also present current campaigns and news in a simple way, for example by suggesting extra cartons for a display.

You report to the Teamleader Regional Merchandising and have close dialogue with Regional Salespeople regarding the store's needs and opportunities.

Your main tasks

• Pick up and load goods at the warehouse.
• Distribute goods to stores according to the planned route.
• Replenish shelves, stands, and displays.
• Ensure good stock levels and reduce the risk of empty shelves.
• Follow planograms and ensure correct placement in the store.
• Replace outgoing articles with new ones according to instructions.
• Place orders for upcoming deliveries.
• Have ongoing dialogue with store staff regarding practical issues.
• Report deviations, deficiencies, and improvement needs to the Teamleader.
• Present current campaigns and news in smaller stores.
• Coordinate delivery to stores where an external picking company is responsible for the actual picking.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are practical, meticulous, and service-oriented. You like to work independently, take responsibility, and see concrete results of your work in the store.

You have a good sense of order, pace, and quality. Since you are often Tropic Snacks' recurring contact in the store, it is important that you are positive, professional, and easy to cooperate with.

The role suits you who thrive with an active job where the days include driving, loading, picking, order placement, and contact with store staff.

We are looking for someone who has

• Category B driver's license.
• Good driving experience.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Good physical ability to load, carry, pick, and replenish goods.
• Basic digital skills, such as mobile reporting, order placement, or simpler systems.
• Good service sense and ability to represent Tropic Snacks professionally in the store.
• Ability to follow instructions, routes, and store-specific routines.
• Ability to handle multiple store visits per day while maintaining quality.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, grocery trade, product picking, merchandising, distribution, order placement, warehouse management, campaign picking, or planograms.
