Print Operator for Digital Large-Format Production in Gothenburg
Ride All Day ABVästra Götalands län, Göteborg
Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a Print Operator for our digital large-format production in Gothenburg.
This role is ideal for you if you want to work hands-on in production while also driving a digital order workflow all the way from printing and post-processing to the final order ready for delivery.
You will work with printing, lamination, cutting, and order follow-up in a high-volume production environment with many customer-specific jobs. A key part of the role is ensuring that orders are complete, processed in the correct sequence, and do not get stuck between production and dispatch.
Depending on your experience, the role can be more operational or more coordinating. You will work closely with a small team and, at a more senior level, take greater responsibility for prioritizing, distributing, and following up on work in the print workflow.
The role is practical, production-oriented, and requires attention to detail, speed, good computer skills, and an understanding of how digital production works.
Responsibilities
The role includes, among other things:
- working in digital large-format production with a continuous order workflow
- operating and monitoring print jobs as needed
- checking quality in ongoing and finished production
- handling post-processing such as lamination and cutting
- ensuring all parts of an order are present and correct
- handling reprints, supplements, and other discrepancies
- coordinating with order management regarding priorities and deliveries
- following up that finished orders proceed to dispatch as planned
- helping out in other parts of production as needed
Production Environment
Production takes place in a digital large-format environment using Epson printers, Onyx RIP, and Summa cutting plotters.
The work is linked to digital order workflows and production systems where printing, post-processing, and order status are interconnected. Therefore, you need to be comfortable with both practical machine work and working in digital systems.
About Us
Ride All Day AB is an online-based printing and production company in Gothenburg with its own brands in stickers and decals.
We produce customer-specific stickers, decals, and similar products in our own premises, with digital order workflows and in-house production from file to finished delivery.
The team is small, production is fast, and the work is strongly linked to systems, structure, and continuous improvements. The business is growing, which means that workflows, working methods, and capacity are continuously developed in line with increased volume.
Who are you?
We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. You can be relatively early in your development within printing or production, or have several years of experience from similar work.
However, previous relevant experience is a requirement. This could be, for example, from print production, post-processing, industrial production, warehouse/production with order workflows, e-commerce with production, or another practical production environment.
What is important is that you understand production, quality, and flow – and that you can work practically from the start.
The role suits you if you:
- enjoy practical and physical work
- are detail-oriented and structured
- are good at keeping order in a continuous workflow
- are comfortable with both machines and digital systems
- understand the importance of quality, speed, and delivery precision
- can work independently but also collaborate closely with others
- like a production environment where priorities can change during the day
- want to work in a modern, digital, and system-driven print production
Advantageous Experience
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
- digital large-format production
- print production or other production environments
- Onyx or other RIP systems
- lamination
- cutting plotters, preferably Summa
- digital order or production systems
- working in small teams with varied tasks
The possibility of working evenings or weekends in the future is advantageous but not a requirement.
Employment and Working Hours
The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period.
The work currently takes place mainly during daytime. Start time will be determined upon employment. Evening or weekend work may become relevant in the future but is not currently a requirement.
Application
Send your application via email and include:

Briefly describe your background in production, printing, or similar work and what you have worked with previously.
