Berghems Mekaniska AB in Skene is now looking for an experienced CNC milling operator for a permanent position. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with qualified machining in small and medium-sized series, where precision, quality, and professional pride are in focus. We are looking for someone who masters the entire process from CAM preparation to finished parts.

About the position

As a CNC operator, you will program, set up, and run our CNC milling machines, working together with 3–4 colleagues on the same department. The machine fleet consists of modern HAAS machines in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis configurations.

The responsibilities include among other things

• Programming in MasterCAM
• Setup and operation of CNC milling machines
• Machining in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in various materials
• Optimization of machining processes
• Quality control and measurement of finished parts
• Independent work based on drawings and specifications

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3–5 years of experience setting up and running CNC milling machines
• Has good experience with programming in MasterCAM
• Can work independently and take responsibility for the entire machining process
• Has good reading skills for technical drawings and a strong focus on quality
• Is precise, solution-oriented, and engaged

Experience with 5-axis milling is highly merit-worthy. Longer experience than 5 years within CNC milling is also seen as a great advantage.
