Job Responsibilities

As a welder/fitter, you will work with both manufacturing and final assembly. Your main tasks will include MIG and TIG welding, component assembly, and oven insulation. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy practical work where you can use both your technical skills and your focus on quality.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Thursday from 07:00–16:00 and Friday from 07:00–14:45.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who have a workshop technical education or equivalent industrial experience. You have previous experience with welding and assembly, are accustomed to reading technical drawings, and feel confident working independently with a focus on quality.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for your work. You appreciate working together with colleagues towards common goals and contribute a positive attitude to daily work. Since the work is physically active, we would like you to enjoy using your body in your work.

We also look for:

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
