Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you work with controlling and monitoring CNC machines in the production of molds. You are responsible for processing and manufacturing according to given specifications, with a focus on quality and precision. The work involves programming and setting up machines as well as continuous monitoring to ensure efficient production. You work from drawings and technical documents, which requires high accuracy and technical understanding. The role also includes: • Preparing and setting up CNC machines before production • Reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions • Checking dimensions and quality of finished products • Troubleshooting and adjusting machines if deviations occur • Contributing to order and structure in the production environment • Collaborating with colleagues in production to ensure an efficient workflow The work is practical and varied, taking place in a production environment where safety, quality, and collaboration are central parts of daily work. Working hours are 6:30–15:30 Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of CNC Operator, we look for someone with a technical interest and experience from work in production or industry. We are looking for you who have: • Experience with CNC-controlled machines or similar production work • Good ability to read and interpret drawings • Industrial experience, preferably from manufacturing or production • Good teamwork skills and thrive working in a team • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks • Attention to detail and quality awareness It is an advantage if you have: • Experience from the concrete, construction, or manufacturing industry Personal qualities are highly valued.
