🌟 As a vocational teacher at Kunskapscompaniet's Industrial Technology program, you are responsible for the entire teaching within the program, working together with your colleagues. You plan, prepare, and conduct lessons in accordance with the guidelines and current regulations set by the Swedish National Agency for Education (Skolverket), as well as our internal guidelines and policies.
🌟 The teaching includes both theoretical and practical components, and you should be competent in both areas.
🌟 The position also involves sourcing, planning, and following up on workplace learning placements (APL), where we would appreciate your contribution through your professional network within the industry.
Requirements to Apply✔ You have a solid professional foundation, either through relevant education or at least two years of current experience from the industry (within the last five years).
✔ You possess pedagogical experience or education by meeting at least one of the following criteria:
- Have completed at least one semester of full-time pedagogical studies.
- Have two years of documented experience in educating adults or young adults (16–25 years).
- Have worked for at least two years introducing or mentoring new employees in a workplace setting.
✔ You meet IW's guidelines for welding education.
Key Success Factors✔ You have the ability to build good relationships with participants and colleagues.
Conditions- Employment type: Permanent. Probation period applies.
