About the role

Our client is currently looking for welders for their production. Here you will have the opportunity to work with products used by customers around the world. The assignment starts as a temporary hire through Ikett Personalpartner with very good prospects of transitioning to a permanent position with the client.

About the role:

At our client's facility, you will work in a manufacturing production where welding is combined with the assembly of finished products. The main focus is on MIG welding, but some TIG welding is also performed. The work involves joining thinner sheet metal parts, assembling components, insulation, and material handling in the production process.

The products are custom-made for customers, which means variation in the daily work. The work takes place at stations, and you will be trained in each step by experienced colleagues. This role suits you if you enjoy practical work where quality, pace, and craftsmanship are important parts of everyday life.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have welding experience and thrive in a practical and varied industrial environment. You have an eye for quality, are meticulous in your work, and appreciate working both independently and collaboratively. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to take in instructions and have an interest in understanding how products are built and function in practice.

We believe you are someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes responsibility for your work, and contributes to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG welding
• Experience from an industrial or workshop environment
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

Merits:

• Experience with TIG welding
• Experience reading technical drawings

Working hours: Day shift
Start date: Immediately or as agreed.

The assignment is initially a temporary hire through Ikett with very good prospects of transitioning to a permanent position with the client after 6–9 months.
