Concrete Worker for an Exciting Assignment!

We are currently looking for concrete workers for a growing company just outside Vara. Here you will have the chance to become part of a stable operation with strong future confidence and a robust order book.

About the Position

Our client is a leading player in the concrete industry, manufacturing modern, sustainable prefabricated concrete elements used in construction projects across Sweden. To meet the increasing demand, they are now seeking more dedicated employees for production.

As a concrete worker, you will become an important part of the team and work with the manufacturing of concrete elements from start to finished product.

The planned start date for the position is after the summer holiday, around mid-August.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Molding, reinforcement, and pouring according to drawings
• Quality control to ensure products meet high standards
• Post-processing and finishing of concrete elements
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure an efficient production flow

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from practical work, for example as an assembler, mechanic, industrial worker, construction worker, or similar
• Are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong focus on safety
• Enjoy physical work and have a strong work ethic
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with concrete work or prefabricated production
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings
• Forklift license and/or overhead crane license
