Primary School Teacher for Marieborgsskolan (Grades 4-6 or 1-7)

We are now looking for you who are a primary school teacher for grades 4–6 or 1–7, preferably with qualifications in Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MA/NO).

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities involve planning, implementing, and evaluating work individually and together with other educators at the school, according to the school's governing documents and with our vision in sight. You will conduct your own teaching and also collaborate closely with other educators in the operation.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are an adult role model for all students at the school.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who have teacher education and teacher certification for grades 4–6 or 1–7. We prefer that you have qualifications in MA/NO for the relevant grades. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, this is meritorious.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good cooperation skills, be receptive, and easily able to put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be confident, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and adolescents acquire knowledge and of different prerequisites for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operation.

Other Information

The position is subject to a background check. Applicants must provide a certificate of no criminal record from the police before employment begins.
