We are now looking for a Technical Instructor for a long-term, important, and exciting assignment within the Swedish rail industry.

Aleido has extensive experience in developing and delivering technical training within the rail sector. We are now taking the next step and building up our training operations in Sweden – and we are looking for you who want to drive this development.

You will become a key person in establishing and developing training in Swedish, in close collaboration with our international colleagues.

What the role involves

As a Technical Instructor at Aleido, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and structure technical information from experts, documentation, and operations.
• Transform complex technology into pedagogical, clear, and user-friendly content.
• Develop course structures and training materials.
• Help build training concepts for technicians and other professional roles within the rail sector.
• Plan and deliver training in Sweden, primarily in Swedish.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to leverage existing expertise and experiences.
• Ensure high quality in both content and delivery.

In the initial phase, the focus is on developing structure, materials, and working methods. Once the training is established, the role shifts more towards delivering the training and supporting knowledge transfer within the operations.

Travel may be required.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience from the railway or rail industry.
• Has a good technical understanding of train systems and maintenance.
• Is experienced in conveying technical knowledge, e.g., through training, mentoring, or coaching.
• Has experience in creating technical documentation or training materials.
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience with classroom training or “train-the-trainer” programs.
• Has worked as a technician, specialist, or instructor in the rail sector.
• Has knowledge of German.
