WORK ASSIGNMENTS

Do you want to make a difference for students in need of special support in a safe, developmental, and relationship-building school environment? Then this might be the job for you.

We are now looking for a resource pedagogue who will primarily work closely with two students in preschool class who are in need of special support. The assignment involves creating safety, structure, and good conditions for the students' development and learning during the school day. The regular working hours are currently 06:30–15:00, but may be adjusted based on the needs of the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education with a focus on pedagogy or other education that the employer considers equivalent. It is meritorious if you have experience working with students in need of special support.

We are looking for you who are responsible, engaged, and have a genuine interest in children and their development. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and see the importance of being a stable and present part of the work team.

We would like you to:

• be confident in yourself and good at taking your own initiatives
• have a strong sense of responsibility
• be confident in working with clarifying pedagogy and low-affective handling
• have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in teams
• be flexible and have good insight that changes can occur with short notice based on the students' needs
• can create structure, predictability, and safety in the students' daily lives
