Svancare is Growing and Seeking Production Staff
For nearly 30 years, Svancare has worked on solutions for people who, for various reasons, need assistive devices to perform tasks that most of us consider commonplace. We develop the best solutions for accessible bathrooms and kitchens for people who need thoughtful assistive devices in their daily lives. All development and manufacturing are done in-house at our production facility and headquarters in Ludvika.
Svan Care is part of the publicly listed group AddLife, headquartered in Stockholm. Together with our sister companies in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, we form a business area within Homecare, where we offer a wide range of products for home adaptation and assistive devices in Europe through close collaboration.
About the Role
SvanCare is growing and further strengthening its organization to meet our customers' needs. We offer you a challenging and exciting role as Production Staff at Svancare. This position involves working with assembly, inspection, dispatch, and goods receipt for both Svancare's own products and distribution products. It is a broad role that entails significant individual responsibility as well as teamwork.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has a curious attitude towards assembly and manufacturing, is willing and motivated to learn new things and take on new tasks. We value innovation and a strong mindset for improvement. You should be driven and flexible. Prior experience in manufacturing or the manufacturing industry is not required, although it is certainly an advantage. Proficiency with computers and basic knowledge of the Office suite and business systems are beneficial.
Competencies and Experience:
- Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Work experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Experience with electronics assembly and fine mechanical assembly is advantageous
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of business systems and Microsoft Office are positive attributes
- Forklift license is advantageous
