Do you want to be the first person our guests meet and the last they remember? We are now looking for service-oriented and engaged reception staff who want to become part of the team at Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna.

Elite Hotel Frost is one of Kiruna's most exciting hotels, featuring modern hotel rooms, a restaurant, conference facilities, Vana Spa, and our popular rooftop bar. In the reception, you are the hotel's face and a key part of the guest experience.

We are looking for reception staff who work every other weekend. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts according to the roster.

• Checking guests in and out

• Handling bookings and inquiries

• Selling the hotel's services and products

• Processing payments and administrative tasks

• Provid world-class service and assisting guests with information and recommendations

• Collaborating with other departments to create the best possible guest experience

• Is at least 18 years old

• Has a genuine interest in service and people

• Is positive, flexible, and solution-oriented

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

• Previous experience from a hotel reception or service industry is an advantage but not a requirement
