Job Description

The work takes place in ordinary housing at the clients' homes. You will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues, as well as in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and social secretaries. We work based on IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus). The work consists of supporting, supervising, and providing care and service to our home care users. On delegation from a nurse, medical tasks are performed. The work includes administrative tasks such as documentation, etc.

The home care service in Tärendö is responsible for all users with security alarms in our area, and therefore security alarms and readiness are also part of the job duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant (undersköterska) or have similar education, and preferably experience from elderly care. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A requirement is to be able to pass the knowledge test for medication and insulin delegation.

A Category B driver's license is required.
