Kiruna Health Centre, with a team of around 50 employees making a difference for the approximately 15,800 registered patients, is looking for you, a trained nursing assistant. Kiruna Health Centre has introduced several new working methods to increase accessibility for citizens and has an exciting future ahead. We collaborate closely across the entire unit and work together towards Region Norrbotten's vision.

We need a new star for our wonderful team! Here, you will be involved in daily operations and play a key role in the development of the entire health centre.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a trained nursing assistant. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and communicative.

What you will be working with

As a nursing assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks where you work independently and take significant responsibility for daily operations. Duties include, for example, specimen collection, assisting doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists, and managing your own scheduled appointments such as 24-hour blood pressure checks, wound dressings, and suturing. You will also handle tasks such as inventory management, maintenance, and restocking in the consultation rooms. You will work with both scheduled and unscheduled doctor's appointments and answer the phone for specimen collection booking. The work is largely carried out in digital systems.

Information about the position

Fixed-term full-time position until January 31, 2027. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
