Who are we?

Ljuraskolan is centrally located in Norrköping, within walking distance to both forest and city center, and close to Centralbadet and Vasaparken. Approximately 70 employees work at our school, divided between primary school and adapted primary school.

Students from grades F–6 attend our school, divided into two parallel classes within the primary school.

All staff work according to a shared vision where, through a professional approach, we focus on well-being and security, successful teaching, and joyful learning.

Ljuraskolan has a highly competent student health team consisting of special education teachers, special needs teachers, a counselor, and a school nurse who work closely with our teaching teams.

Your responsibilities

As a teacher, you are responsible for teaching in grades 4–5, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of your teaching based on the school's governing documents. You monitor student development and goal achievement together with your colleagues and the school's student health team.

You create a clear, safe, and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable trying, asking questions, and making mistakes on the path to learning. Together with your colleagues, you work on developing teaching methods, monitoring students' knowledge development, and strengthening their social skills.

The position consists of two different temporary assignments. During the autumn term, you teach grade 5, and during the spring term, you teach grade 4, together with colleagues at Ljuraskolan.

At our school, we all actively participate in and contribute to collegial learning, and together we work on our quality and development work.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4–6 in Swedish or Swedish as a Second Language, Social Studies (SO), English, and Art. We view it as a positive asset if you have previous experience in pedagogical work.

As a person, you are confident in your role as a teacher and have clear leadership skills. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are well-versed in the school's governing documents.

You have a positive view of students and work to contribute to the development of students and the school.
