Job Description

We are now looking for a chef for a varied role in two of our production kitchens within an upper secondary school and a primary school (grades F-9).

Working as a chef with us means being part of an extremely important team that always puts the diner at the center and stands for good service.

We assume it is obvious to you to cook good and nutritious food from scratch using seasonal ingredients of high quality, with a focus on reducing food waste. Since you will be scheduled at two different units, we place great emphasis on you enjoying a varied and responsible work environment.

As a Chef, your duties include preparing daily lunches, special diets, internal catering, baking, and other common kitchen tasks. You will handle daily self-control checks, receiving goods, as well as dishwashing and cleaning. We place great emphasis on your prior experience working with food allergies and adapted diets, as well as your knowledge of regulations concerning food hygiene and awareness of the Swedish Food Agency's guidelines regarding school meals.

Working hours are during the day on weekdays.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has chef training at least at the upper secondary level.
• Has at least 5 years of experience working in a kitchen.
• Has basic computer knowledge and good computer skills.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.

Experience is a requirement.

To work with us, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

• Salary: Monthly salary.
