Your Role

As Head Waiter, you are the hub of the dining room. You lead the service team with confidence and energy, create structure in the flow, and ensure that every guest is met with the right feeling – whether it is a Sunday lunch or a packed evening with high tempo.

• Responsible for purchasing and inventory management of beverages, ensuring quality and assortment align with our concept
• Introduce, coach, and develop new employees and trial workers
• Oversee bookings and guest flow, ensuring smooth planning
• Lead and support the team in daily operations together with the Restaurant Manager
• Work actively with key performance indicators and contribute to profitable and sustainable operations
• Drive the development of the guest experience and ensure the concept is upheld
• Ensure a high and consistent service level – even when the pace increases
• Be a present, clear, and inspiring leader in service

You are a natural leader with a sense for tempo and atmosphere. You understand how a restaurant evening is built – from the first welcome to the last glass. You are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where things are happening.

You see the big picture: the food, the music, the guests, the team. And you know that the experience is created in the interaction between them.

Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but most important is your presence, your drive, and your ability to create energy in the room.
