A cafe bar located in central Malmö is currently looking for a skilled and versatile employee.

We offer ongoing training directly at the workplace, ensuring you quickly get up to speed with our routines.

The most important qualities for us are discipline, motivation, and a strong work ethic. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to see the big picture of how the business operates.

The salary is competitive, and we offer fair working conditions. Working hours are varied, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.

As part of our team, you will be expected to handle the cash register, dishwashing, serving guests, cleaning, making coffee and alcoholic drinks, pouring beer from the tap, as well as preparing food and other prep work.

There is no fixed division of tasks; all employees are expected to perform whatever duties are necessary to keep the business running smoothly.

Personality is key. It is important that you get along with our existing staff, who have been with us for several years, and that you enjoy interacting with our customers.
