Are you ready to spread joy, pour wine, and serve with style? We are now looking for you who want to take the guest experience at our à la carte restaurants to the next level as service staff.

WHO ARE YOU?

As service staff at Mossbylund and Bongska Huset, you are a central part of creating magical guest experiences. You welcome guests with warmth, guide them through the menu, and ensure that every dish and drink is served with care and precision. À la carte service and wine pairing are part of everyday life at Mossbylund, while Bongska Huset is more like a cozy neighborhood pub where you serve food and drinks with heart and care in a relaxed atmosphere. Regardless of the location, you use your knowledge and commitment to elevate the entire dining experience and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile.

You collaborate closely with the kitchen and colleagues at the counter, contribute to an efficient service flow, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile.

To be successful in this role, we would like you to:

• Have previous experience in serving, preferably à la carte.
• Be flexible and enjoy both day and evening shifts.
• Have a driver's license and access to a car or other vehicle.
• Be able to communicate in Swedish and/or English.

Salary according to agreement between HRF and Visita:

Standard
From April 1, 2025: 149.46 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 153.64 SEK/h

With 6 years of experience or more
From April 1, 2025: 160.56 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 167.31 SEK/h

Age-related salary (under 20 years):

From age 19
From April 1, 2025: 121.51 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 124.92 SEK/h

From age 18
From April 1, 2025: 112.42 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 115.56 SEK/h
