Elite Hotel Savoy is a prestigious hotel with an exciting history and perhaps an even more exciting future. The oldest part of the building dates back to the 1860s, and we are proud of our heritage. We humbly carry forward traditions while mixing the past with the present, opening our doors not only to our hotel guests but also to Malmö to share the culinary journey we offer during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Hotel Bishops Arms Malmö is located just a stone's throw away. We have recently opened in newly renovated premises on Adelgatan 7. The Bishops Arms is a chain of quality gastropubs that stand strong in British pub tradition, offering a fantastic selection of food and drink. We boast one of the widest beer and whiskey assortments in Northern Europe.
We are looking for you who, together with our Head Chef and colleagues in the kitchen, will be responsible for always delivering a high-class dining experience to our guests in the pub, à la carte, at breakfast, and in our conference and event rooms. The role primarily involves evening shifts, but daytime work may also occur.
We are also currently looking for skilled chefs interested in taking our breakfast experience to new heights. If you are an early bird, we have the challenge for you if you want to trade late nights in the kitchen for creative, early mornings.
You have at least three years of experience in a similar role as a chef. You work in our industry because you are passionate about giving every guest the best experience. You are positive, meticulous, enjoy a fast pace, and understand that our industry is in constant change – something that motivates you. You know that cleanliness and order are just as important in your job as a chef as the ability to cook delicious food. You have good patience, are solution-oriented, and curious.
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and/or English.
Working hours: Varying. Daytime, evening, and weekends.
Scope: Full-time, with possibilities for part-time.
Start: After agreement.
Salary: We are members of VISITA and follow HRF's salary recommendations.
