We are now looking for experienced and service-oriented banquet and à la carte waiters/waitresses for assignments with our clients ahead of the summer and various events. This position is an on-call employment and assumes that you have another main occupation, such as studies, your own business, or other work.

About the job:
This position suits you if you thrive in a restaurant environment, have good professional pride, and are passionate about giving guests a first-class experience. The work involves varying working hours, primarily evenings and weekends.

The work takes place in professional restaurant environments where service, quality, and collaboration are central parts. In this role, you are responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. You follow the guest through the entire visit, from first contact to payment, and contribute to the restaurant maintaining a high service level and good pace. Cash handling and collaboration with the kitchen and other serving staff are part of the daily work.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have at least three years of documented experience in banquet and à la carte service and are accustomed to working at a high pace without compromising on quality. You are self-reliant and have a natural focus on service. With a positive and professional attitude, you create a sense of security for the guests and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. You are responsible, flexible, can take responsibility for your own station, and thrive in a role where service and customer contact are in focus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have good experience with cash registers.

If you also have good wine knowledge and basic bartending skills, it is a plus.
