We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant for a school reception kitchen

Do you want to work in a reception kitchen where every lunch makes a difference for our high school students? We are now looking for a restaurant assistant who enjoys working independently, likes structure and service, and wants to contribute to a safe and pleasant dining experience every day.

⭐ About the role

As a restaurant assistant in our reception kitchen, you are responsible for receiving the food, preparing the service, and creating a welcoming environment for the students.

You will:

• Receive and handle food deliveries and ensure everything is ready for lunch
• Serve lunch to students and staff
• Handle dishwashing and keep the kitchen and dining area clean
• Perform simple kitchen tasks such as salad preparation and mise en place
• Create a safe and positive meal environment for high school students

The work is performed independently, with support from the central kitchen when needed.

🙋‍♀️ Who are you?

We believe you have:

• Experience from kitchens, restaurants, or cafés
• Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for the entire flow
• Are positive, flexible, and good at building rapport with young people
• Have an eye for order, hygiene, and details
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Location: Lund
• Hours: Part-time, weekdays
• Employment: Permanent, with an initial probationary period
• Start date: By August 14th at the latest
