At Farmacian, we are now looking for a Bar Manager who wants to lead our bar with passion, warmth, and a sense for quality. Here, it is about more than just mixing drinks – it is about creating an atmosphere, building relationships, and making every evening an experience worth remembering.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Bar Manager, you will become an important part of our restaurant team and have overall responsibility for creating a top-class bar experience. Together with the team, you are responsible for the daily operations, where you lead the work behind the bar and ensure that every guest is met with a warm welcome, high quality, and first-class service.

You actively work on developing and refining the bar's beverage offering, from classic cocktails to new seasonal favorites, while also being responsible for ordering, inventory management, self-control, and ensuring that routines in the bar run smoothly.

At our place, we help each other across departmental boundaries. When the pace at the bar allows, you are therefore happy to step out into the restaurant and support the serving team, just as they are there for you when needed. Together, we create seamless hospitality and a holistic experience that guests remember.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have experience working in a bar and feel comfortable in a role where you take responsibility and lead others. Perhaps you have already worked as a Bar Manager, or you are ready to take the next step in your career.

You have a genuine interest in drinks and flavors, but above all, in people.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are good at creating structure, and see the details that make the big difference.

At the same time, you are unpretentious and see it as a matter of course to help out where needed. Whether you are standing behind the bar or supporting the serving team during quieter moments, you contribute with the same energy, engagement, and sense of hospitality.

With a warm welcome, good judgment, and a positive attitude, you help create the atmosphere that makes guests want to stay a little longer and look forward to returning.

The position is a full-time employment with immediate start.

Salary according to agreement between HRF and Visita:

Standard
From April 1, 2025: 149.46 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 153.64 SEK/h

With 6 years of experience or more
From April 1, 2025: 160.56 SEK/h
From April 1, 2026: 167.31 SEK/h
