Y-tech Ytbehandlingsteknik AB is now looking for a Production Manager who wants to be part of an exciting development journey. Here you will have a key role in the operations where you combine daily production control with improvement work, leadership, and business development.

Y-tech is an established company in Mellansel offering surface treatment and rust protection solutions to customers within the Swedish industry. With approximately 10 employees and a family-oriented corporate culture, the company is approaching its next step in development, where improvement work, new working methods, and future expansion are important parts of the journey.

About the role
As a Production Manager, you will become a central figure in the operations and a key link between production, management, and customers. You are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring daily production while working to develop processes, working methods, and routines to create an even more efficient operation.

The role is both operational and development-oriented. You are close to the operations, support employees in their daily work, and contribute ideas and initiatives that help the company take the next step.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, and monitoring daily production.
• Supervision and support for production staff.
• Production planning, material flows, and resource allocation.
• Improvement and development work within production and working methods.
• Customer contact regarding deliveries, deviations, and complaints.
• Participation in the development of the company's production and planning systems.
• Participation in the company's management group.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have experience in leading or coordinating operations within manufacturing industry, workshops, or other production-related activities.

Experience in production control, improvement work, Lean, or change projects is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and attitude.
