About the role

At the reception, you will work in close collaboration with nurses, aide nurses, doctors, and other professional categories. Your main tasks include reception work, patient service, and administrative duties such as front desk operations and booking, both in person and by phone.

You are an important part of the daily flow of operations, contributing structure, service, and a professional attitude to our patients. We strive for a good working environment and a shared desire to develop our care services.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained aide nurse with a few years of experience
• Have experience from reception work
• Have good computer skills and confidence in administrative tasks
• Are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a professional attitude
• Enjoy taking responsibility and contribute to a good work climate
• Are loyal, stress-resistant, and enjoy "juggling many balls in the air"
• Can work independently and in a team

Merits include:

• Experience with medical record systems such as TakeCare, TeleQ, Webdoc, Kuralink, or 1177
• Experience in reception work, preferably within gynecology and telephone advice
• Knowledge of languages other than Swedish
