Medrek Recruitment is now looking for a General Practitioner Specialist for a modern and development-oriented health center in Älta. Here, you will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, learning, and improvement work are a natural part of everyday life.

The health center in Älta is an established primary care unit with approximately 30 employees. Here, doctors, nurses, and other professionals work closely together to offer accessible, secure, and medically high-quality care.

The operations also include home healthcare with approximately 80 registered patients, as well as Child Health Services (CHS) with approximately 700 registered children. The workplace is characterized by a strong team focus, short decision-making paths, and a culture where it is natural to both ask for help and contribute ideas.

About the role

As a General Practitioner Specialist, you work with investigating, assessing, and treating patients of various ages with varying care needs. The role is broad and varied, encompassing both acute assessments, long-term follow-ups, and digital care meetings.

You work both physically at the health center and digitally via the organization's platform. Teamwork is central, and you collaborate closely with nurses and other professional groups to create a cohesive and patient-centered care.

In addition to clinical work, you have the opportunity to influence working methods, contribute to development, and help shape how care is delivered in practice.
